Welcome to Whats Dangi Ji Vendor Program. These Vendor Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform as a vendor, reseller, or business partner. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms. 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating a vendor account or using vendor services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use vendor features of the platform. 2. Vendor Services Whats Dangi Ji allows vendors to create, manage, and offer WhatsApp-based marketing services, campaigns, and solutions to their customers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue vendor features at any time. 3. Vendor Responsibilities Vendors must provide accurate business information and maintain updated account details. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your vendor account, including actions performed by your clients or team members. 4. Customer Management Vendors are solely responsible for managing their customers, including communication, support, billing, and service delivery. Whats Dangi Ji is not responsible for disputes between vendors and their customers. 5. Acceptable Use Vendors must not: Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages Promote illegal, misleading, or harmful content Violate WhatsApp or Meta policies Use the platform for fraudulent or abusive activities Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination. 6. Compliance with WhatsApp Policies Vendors must strictly follow WhatsApp Business API policies. Any misuse may result in account restrictions or bans. Whats Dangi Ji is not liable for such actions. 7. Payments and Revenue Vendors are responsible for collecting payments from their customers unless otherwise specified Platform fees or subscription charges must be paid on time All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise 8. Data Responsibility Vendors are responsible for the data they collect, store, and process. You must comply with applicable data protection laws and ensure customer data is handled securely. 9. Platform Limitations Whats Dangi Ji provides tools and infrastructure but does not guarantee message delivery, campaign performance, or business outcomes. 10. Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts without prior notice if these Terms are violated or misuse is detected. 11. Limitation of Liability Whats Dangi Ji is not liable for: Vendor business losses Customer disputes Data loss or service interruptions Use of the platform is at your own risk. 12. Changes to Terms We may update these Vendor Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms. 13.
